Obama’s winning EHR reform

The senators democrats did pad behind the American president to launch to the Senate debates it on the reformation of EHR system, at the time of a qualified vote of “historic” by the White House.

But Saturday evening, this strategy did not again work.  Two senators democrats, that were even then uncertain, finally indicated little before the vote that they would align themselves on the position on their part.  Mary Landrieu (Louisiana) and White Lincoln (Arkansas) nevertheless indicated that they could vote against the law at the time of his definite vote, when the democrats no longer will have need than of a simple majority.  Thursday another hesitating democrat, the senator Well Nelson (Nebraska), also had announced him as it would vote with his party.

The project of law of 2,074 pages foresees the extension of the medical insurance to some 30 millions of Americans that some possess not currently while taxing the underwriters and the richest ones.  The underwriters could not refuse anymore to cover with the anybody presenting of the medical antecedents or to exclude from the assured that would fall sick.  The House of Representatives adopted his own version of the reformation of the disease insurance this months on a squeezed vote of 220 voices for and 215 against.  Harry Reid wishes that the Senate adopts his own text of here the end of the year.  If this is the case, the Congress will hitch itself next to the merger of the two versions, before submitting the law to the signature of the president Obama for his promulgation.
